1. About TRIPY
TRIPY is an online booking platform that connects travelers with certified local operators offering tours, tickets and experiences worldwide. TRIPY acts as an intermediary between you and the operator.
2. Bookings & payment
By completing a booking you enter into a contract with the local operator. Your card is charged at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms are shown on each experience page. Free-cancellation bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Vouchers & participation
You must present a valid mobile voucher and a government-issued ID at the meeting point. Operators may refuse access to anyone arriving late or unable to follow safety instructions.
5. Liability
TRIPY's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Operators are independent businesses solely responsible for the experiences they deliver.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
